Housing Inspection Services

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking proposals for housing inspection services. The contract will include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract documents. The LACDA may award a one-year contract with the option of four, one-year extensions, provided services are satisfactory and funds are available. Key requirements include insurances such as General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation Liability Insurance.
