H312--Fire Door Inspection and Repair Service

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide fire‑door inspection and repair services for VA facilities located in the Santa Clara County area of California. The work includes comprehensive visual inspections, functional testing, corrective repairs, replacement of deficient hardware, and the preparation of detailed compliance reports in accordance with applicable fire‑code and VA standards. Contractors must adhere to Service Contract Act wage determinations and provide all required fringe benefits, safety training, and documentation.
