Recreation Management and Point of Sale (POS) System

The United States Air Force is seeking a modern, fully integrated, and scalable Recreation Management and Point of Sale (POS) system to support recreational program management, facility reservations, customer registration, retail sales, and financial reporting. The system must be capable of supporting multiple facilities and a high volume of simultaneous transactions. The contractor shall provide a complete solution that includes software and, if applicable, hardware. The system must function as a unified platform rather than separate, disconnected applications. Key features of the system include: • Customer sign-in and data management • Activity and program registration • Facility and rental management • Integrated point of sale (POS) module • Financial and reporting module The system must be PCI DSS compliant and follow industry-standard cybersecurity best practices.
