Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking a contractor to provide monthly preventative HVAC maintenance and as-needed repair services for the EDD facility located at 745 Franklin Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. The contract term is expected to be 24 months, from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2028. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work. A mandatory walkthrough is scheduled for January 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
