UTHealth is seeking a qualified contractor to provide staff‑augmentation/back‑fill support for its legacy electronic health record (EHR) and revenue‑cycle‑management (RCM) applications while the institution transitions to an Epic integrated system. The work includes application analysis, maintenance, user assistance, interface development/testing, data‑conversion support, and reporting for multiple legacy platforms (Allscripts Touchworks, GE Centricity, eClinical Works, Cerner, and ancillary systems). Resources will be primarily on‑site with optional remote support, and travel expenses will be reimbursed per Texas Comptroller rates. The contract will commence on 1 September 2019 and terminate upon completion of the Epic implementation, estimated at roughly 21 months.
• Provide Tier‑2/3 support for legacy EHR/RCM applications (Allscripts, GE Centricity, Cerner, eClinical Works, etc.).
• Perform interface development, data‑conversion, and reporting tasks to keep legacy systems operational during the Epic rollout.
• Supply on‑site analysts and optional remote staff, with travel‑expense reimbursement; no off‑shoring permitted.
• Submit a detailed cost breakdown for each analyst type and a HUB Subcontracting Plan meeting Texas HUB goals (26 % for “Other Services”).
