Description
The University of Massachusetts System is seeking bids from qualified suppliers to provide tent rental services for the Founder's Day event. The services include providing tents, installation, and removal. The supplier must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the requirements specified in the attachment G - Scope of Services. The bid must include a firm fixed price for the services, and the payment terms are generally net forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of supplier's invoice. The university reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to omit an item or items, or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the University.
Some key requirements for the bid include:
• The supplier must be registered with the UMass System
• The supplier must submit their bid online through the Jaggaer BuyWays Event Portal
• The supplier must provide a firm fixed price for the services
• The supplier must have experience in providing similar services
• The supplier must be able to meet the requirements specified in the attachment G - Scope of Services
