Description
The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is seeking a contractor to provide lodging, meals, conference/breakout rooms, and transportation services for the Panamax 26 Component Planning in Crisis Conference in the Miami, FL area. The contract will be for a period of 8 days, from April 7th, 2026, to April 15th, 2026. The contractor shall provide single occupancy rooms, meals, and conference facilities for approximately 100 guests. The contractor shall also provide transportation to and from the Miami International Airport.
• The contractor shall provide a full-service restaurant on property and cater meals.
• The contractor shall provide a main conference room with two screens, projectors, speaker system, and internet access.
• The contractor shall provide breakout rooms with one screen, projectors, speaker system, and internet access.
• The contractor shall provide shuttle transportation from/to the Miami International Airport.
• The contractor shall ensure that all conference rooms are sanitized and cleaned twice a day.
