The State of Alabama (Alabama National Guard) seeks a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, programming, and parts support for HVAC Building Automation System (BAS) hardware and software across 17 Army/Guard facilities in the South Region of Alabama. The contract is a 12‑month base period with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and it requires rapid response times (2 working‑day standard, 24‑hour emergency). Vendors must be Honeywell Authorized Controls Integrators (ACI‑Direct) with specific Niagara and Spyder certifications, maintain insurance minimums, and be located within 200 mi of Mobile, AL. All work must be documented with detailed service reports and invoiced per the one‑hour service‑call charge plus hourly labor rates and parts markup.
