Concession Service Operator

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Spokane County Parks, Recreation, and Golf Department to seek an experienced vendor to operate both Spokane County Concession Stands at the two aquatic facilities. The contract was awarded to the Spokane Indians Baseball Team with a net revenue split of $0 RFP. The evaluation criteria included experience and qualifications, understanding and approach to the work, and organization and clarity of the RFP submittal. • The RFP was published on March 5, 2025, and the bid submission date was March 18, 2025. • The evaluation committee consisted of Rachel Hansen, Doug Chase, and Haiden Harlan. • The contract does not constitute a contract, and the Purchasing Director and the Director of Parks Recreation & Golf are authorized to negotiate and execute any necessary documents.
