Housing Inspection Services

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for a consultant to assist with home inspections for various programs within the Housing Division. The consultant will perform inspections, develop work specifications, and provide construction oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction requirements and experience in rehabilitating occupied homes.
