Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS)

The contract is for Intensive Case Management Services (ICMS) to provide permanent supportive housing and intensive case management services to Medicaid members. The goal is to have a positive effect on both health and costly utilization of health services. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Step Up On Second Street, Inc., LightHouse Social Service Centers, and Jewish Family Service Of San Diego.
