Online Event & Room Reservation

The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Fresno County Public Library, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide online software solutions for managing library events and public requests for room reservations. The library serves 37 diverse branches throughout 6,000 square miles of Fresno County and held over 6,400 public programs or events in library branches during the 17-18 fiscal year, with total attendance reaching over 90,000 people. The library is in need of a new online platform for managing internally-generated events and external requests for meeting room reservations across each of its 37 locations and countywide. The selected vendor, Springshare LLC, will provide a platform that accommodates the library's needs as a large multi-branch system for managing both events and room reservations. • The platform will be used to manage events and room reservations across 37 library branches. • The platform will provide a user-friendly interface for staff and the public to manage events and room reservations. • The platform will provide metrics and statistics for events and room reservations. • The platform will integrate with other technology, such as Outlook and social media. • The vendor will provide support and training for the implementation and maintenance of the platform.
