The Oregon Health Authority seeks a cloud‑based, SaaS scheduling and claims portal that enables Oregon Health Plan providers to schedule credentialed health‑care interpreters, integrate with the State Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), and support claim submission for interpreter services. The contract includes full implementation, data migration, training, and one‑year of operations & maintenance, with an estimated budget of $1.5 M and a go‑live target in Q1 2028.
• Deliver a turnkey web‑based scheduling platform (including direct‑assign and open‑pool interpreter matching, multi‑modal support, and language filtering).
• Provide integration with MMIS (X12 837/835), the Oregon HCI Registry, and provider EHR systems (e.g., Epic).
• Supply ongoing O&M, help‑desk support, SLA‑based availability (99.9 % uptime), security compliance (NIST SP 800‑53 Moderate), and reporting dashboards.
