Records Management Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide records management services. The contractor will be responsible for performing service section functions, including work tasking, comment retrieval and tracking, and records management services. The contractor will also be required to provide trained personnel to complete the requirements of the contract. The contract will be performed at the Huntsville Engineering and Support Center in Alabama. • The contractor will be responsible for efficient operation of an electronic work request system. • The contractor will provide support to CEHNC programs and branches with basic instructions on the use of the EWRS. • The contractor will troubleshoot problems encountered with the system and elevate issues to the appropriate technical POCs. • The contractor will represent the EWRS process if the system technical team must make changes to the request platform. • The contractor will provide updates or training to CEHNC users for implemented changes.
