The U.S. Air Force A2 Directorate is seeking a single‑vendor, turn‑key solution to host a multi‑day strategic off‑site event for 40‑45 senior leaders in the Leesburg, VA area. The contractor must provide a conference venue, lodging for approximately 45 attendees (including 8 executive rooms), full‑service catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner and continuous snack breaks), audio‑visual/IT support, and an on‑site event coordinator for the entire performance period (30 Nov – 3 Dec 2026). All services must be delivered as a single contract; separate billing or split reservations are non‑responsive. The award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal, with a small‑business set‑aside. The contract value is expected to be well below the $40 M ceiling.
