Description
This contract provides comprehensive HVAC preventive‑maintenance, filter‑replacement, and emergency‑repair services for the Mobile Cruise Terminal. The City of Mobile’s Building Services Department will receive bi‑monthly, monthly, and bi‑annual service visits, requiring rapid response (2‑hour notification, 36‑hour repair/replace) and the use of EPA‑Section‑608 certified technicians with TWIC badges. The award is a sealed‑bid competition; the contract term is one year with two optional one‑year renewals. Bidders must meet insurance, E‑Verify, and local preference requirements, and submit detailed maintenance reports and invoices within 180 days of service.
• Scope covers all HVAC equipment listed in Exhibit A (roof‑top units, CBP units, server room, security room, etc.).
• Service frequency: six bi‑monthly visits, monthly filter changes/cleaning, and two bi‑annual deep‑clean visits per year.
• Vendor must provide at least five qualified HVAC technicians and respond to service calls within two hours.
