HIPAA Compliant Credentialing Database

The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health, is seeking a web-based database to track and monitor the credentialing status of mental health and substance use disorder providers. The ideal database should track licensure, sanctions, continuing education units, credentialing application status, and generate credentialing approval or denial letters. The contract was awarded to Ignyte Group, Inc. • The database should be HIPAA compliant • The database should have customization capabilities • The database should be able to perform background checks in various third-party databases • The database should have a turnaround time of 30 minutes to 2 hours for a complete application
