Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive meeting and conference support services for the VA OIG Cohort A, B, and C Meeting. The event will take place from April 26, 2026, to May 1, 2026, and will require meeting and breakout spaces, audio/visual support, internet connectivity, light refreshments, and setup and teardown services. The contractor will need to provide fully equipped general session and breakout rooms, delivery, setup, and operation of A/V systems, reliable high-bandwidth wireless internet access, and light refreshments for participants.
• Meeting and breakout spaces for approximately 200 participants
• Audio/visual support, including podiums, lavalier microphones, and projection screens
• Internet connectivity and Wi-Fi coverage for all rooms
• Light refreshments, including coffee, tea, water, pastries, and fruit
• Setup and teardown services, including room setup, furniture arrangement, and A/V installation
