Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) is seeking a vendor to provide meeting/conference space, audio/visual (A/V) services, reliable Wi-Fi coverage, and light refreshments for the Cohort A, B, C Meeting scheduled April 26 – May 1, 2026. The minimum venue and room specifications include a general session room for 200 attendees, 3 cohort breakout rooms for 70 attendees each, 5 division breakout rooms for 25 attendees each, and a quiet room for 10 people. The vendor must provide A/V packages for all rooms, with the capability to accommodate virtual attendees, and high-reliability Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms. The vendor must also provide light refreshments for AM and PM 30-minute breaks, Monday-Thursday.
