Description
Appalachian State University is seeking a vendor to replace its legacy NetSuite Point‑of‑Sale (NSPOS) and SuiteCommerce Advanced platforms with a modern, integrated solution. The solicitation is split into two optional parts: Part 1 – a full, end‑to‑end Point‑of‑Sale, eCommerce, and ERP/back‑office system that fully replaces the current NetSuite environment and integrates with VitalSource; Part 2 – a Point‑of‑Sale and eCommerce solution that will interoperate with the university’s existing NetSuite ERP. The contract will be for an initial three‑year term with two optional one‑year extensions. Vendors must provide detailed technical approaches, implementation plans, training, hardware (if needed), integration development (Banner, VitalSource, payment systems, UPS, etc.), testing, go‑live support, and post‑implementation support. The proposal must be submitted electronically via the North Carolina e‑Vendor Portal by 2 PM ET on October 30, 2026.
