Description
The U.S. Embassy Libreville is seeking quotations for conference space and event services to support a multi-day workshop organized by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ). The event will convene approximately 125 participants for presentations, discussions, and one off-site field visit. The contractor shall provide all facilities, equipment, and services necessary to ensure the smooth execution of this event. The scope of work includes conference space, technical support, catering services, and audio-visual equipment.

• Providing a conference room for approximately 125 participants for four full working days
• Providing access to the conference space on May 17, 2026, for a pre-event walkthrough, setup, and testing of equipment
• Providing catering services for approximately 125 participants with clear, itemized daily pricing
• Providing audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, and sound systems
• Providing on-site technical staff to operate AV equipment and troubleshoot issues in real-time
